Head of Salin Records Christophe Salin is returning this April with his latest EP, You Took My Love. This taster gives a taste of each of the tracks to come, with the effortless mixing of emotion and various musical styles giving a poignant individuality to each track. The title track gives off a jazzy flair, which is quickly followed by a remix from Flabaire which moves the track in a more downtempo direction. More jazz follows, with restrained trumpets and melancholy pianos combing with a jungly beat for ‘Midnight Madness’, before a more straightforward approach rounds the EP off.
